These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the tjbt platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services offered to players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager.
All terms are written in plain English. There are no hidden clauses, no buried wagering requirements, and no surprise restrictions that appear only after a bonus is accepted.
All personal and financial information submitted to tjbt is protected under 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with unauthorized third parties.
Player deposits are held in accounts that are separate from tjbt's operational funds, ensuring that your balance is protected independently of the company's day-to-day finances.

When these Terms & Conditions are updated, registered players are notified by email and via the platform dashboard. Continued use of tjbt after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the tjbt platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and tjbt (the "Platform" or "Operator").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the tjbt platform and, if you have an existing account, contact our support team to request its closure. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms shall be deemed as acceptance of those updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by additional policy documents available on the tjbt website, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of a conflict between any supplementary policy and these Terms, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant supplementary document.
These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. tjbt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
Using tjbt means you accept these terms. Read each section carefully before placing your first wager.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the tjbt platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion they access or use the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. tjbt does not permit access to or use of its services by any person under the age of 18, without exception.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person or entity.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of tjbt is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the tjbt platform or been subject to a permanent account closure imposed by tjbt for any reason.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a person in any such role at tjbt or any of its affiliated entities, payment partners, or game providers.
tjbt reserves the right to request proof of age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be closed immediately, all funds held in the account will be reviewed in line with applicable responsible gaming protocols, and any winnings generated while underage will be voided and forfeited.
18+ only. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. tjbt employs age verification measures and will permanently close any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age. If you are concerned that a minor may be accessing gambling services, please contact our support team immediately.
Players may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, national identity card, or passport to confirm their age and identity before withdrawals are processed or bonus offers are activated.
tjbt serves players across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar are welcome on the platform subject to these eligibility requirements.
Account Registration & Verification
Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the tjbt platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses therein.
When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You must promptly notify tjbt of any changes to this information by updating your account profile or contacting our support team. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed at tjbt's discretion.
Account security is your responsibility. You must keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times and must not share them with any third party. tjbt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify tjbt immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected].
As part of tjbt's Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, we may at any time require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing a withdrawal or activating certain account features: a government-issued photo identification document, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
tjbt supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the Cashier page within your account and may vary by payment method.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tjbt account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the respective mobile financial service provider. tjbt is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider's own processing systems or network conditions.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by tjbt's finance team on a daily basis, including weekends and public holidays such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Victory Day (16 December). Once a withdrawal is approved, funds are typically delivered to bKash and Nagad accounts within minutes. Card withdrawals to Visa and Mastercard may take up to three (3) to five (5) business days depending on your issuing bank.
- All funds deposited into a tjbt account must be used for wagering purposes. tjbt reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests that appear to involve depositing and withdrawing without meaningful wagering activity (commonly referred to as "money cycling").
- You may only withdraw funds to a payment method you have previously used to make a deposit, or to a payment method in your own verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- tjbt does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of tjbt.
- In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, tjbt reserves the right to correct the error and recover any funds erroneously credited, regardless of whether you have already wagered those funds.
For security purposes, tjbt may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is a standard anti-fraud measure applied consistently to all accounts.
Deposits via bKash and Nagad settle in seconds. Your tjbt balance is updated immediately after the mobile payment is confirmed, so you can start playing without delay.
Withdrawals are reviewed every day of the year, including Eid and national holidays. bKash and Nagad payouts typically arrive within minutes of approval.
All account balances, bets, and payouts on tjbt are displayed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion fees apply for Bangladeshi players.
Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, tjbt offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer on the tjbt promotions page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to the bonus in question.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's individual terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) are specified in the individual promotion terms. Players are strongly advised to read these requirements in full before opting into any promotional offer.
- Bonuses are intended for recreational use and may only be claimed by eligible, verified players who meet the stated criteria for each promotion.
- tjbt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already actively opted in and accepted the bonus under the terms that were in force at the time of acceptance.
- Abuse of promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-variance games to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to game a promotional structure — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
- Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
- tjbt may, at its sole discretion, offer personalised promotions to individual players based on their wagering history and account activity. These personal offers are non-transferable and may not be shared with other players.
Betting & Casino Game Rules
All sports betting markets offered on tjbt — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), tennis (ATP and WTA tournaments), and football — are governed by the specific sport rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the tjbt platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to each market before placing a wager.
Casino game outcomes on tjbt are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied and independently audited by our game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. tjbt does not manipulate game outcomes, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, or odds in any way beyond what is disclosed in the game's published rules and paytable.
- All bets are final once confirmed. tjbt does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases of a clearly documented technical error.
- In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or voided if the underlying event is interrupted, postponed, abandoned, or significantly altered in format. Settlement rules for specific scenarios are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section.
- tjbt reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, a data feed error, or a manifest pricing mistake. Players will be notified and their stakes returned in such circumstances.
- Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are disclosed in the Sports Betting Rules section and within individual game descriptions in the casino lobby.
- Live casino games streamed via Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are subject to the respective provider's studio rules, which are displayed within the game interface before and during play.
tjbt aims to settle all winning bets and casino game outcomes promptly. Sports bet settlement follows the conclusion of the relevant event or the determination of a market result by the official governing body. In the event of a disputed result, tjbt will await official confirmation before settling affected markets.
Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tjbt platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds or winnings associated with the prohibited activity:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method to deposit funds.
- Money laundering: Using the tjbt platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer, place, or integrate proceeds of crime through gambling transactions.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinating wagers to exploit a promotional structure.
- Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software not authorised by tjbt to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a bank, card issuer, or mobile payment provider in bad faith after using the deposited funds on the platform.
- Account sharing: Sharing your tjbt account login credentials with any third party, or allowing any other person to place bets, make deposits, or conduct any other account activity on your behalf.
- Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account on the platform, including under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, for any reason including claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
tjbt employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity, IP addresses, device fingerprints, betting patterns, and payment behaviour on a continuous basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, tjbt may freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder. The outcome of all investigations is final and binding at tjbt's sole discretion.
Accounts involved in confirmed fraud or money laundering will be reported to relevant financial crime authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations. tjbt cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations involving its platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tjbt shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the tjbt platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss, even if tjbt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
tjbt makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While tjbt maintains a target platform uptime of 99.9% and employs redundant infrastructure to support high-traffic events such as BPL knockout matches and ICC tournament finals, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. tjbt will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.
tjbt's total liability to any individual player for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their tjbt account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude tjbt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through our support team should be referred to formal dispute resolution in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
